Sometimes, I'm an idiot. Last night I was an idiot. I finally released some of the pent up anger and frustration I've been holding back regarding our current employment situation. Unfortunately, I released it onto the arm of our couch. And I missed the soft cushioned part of the arm. But I made a direct hit on the wooden framing with the side of my hand. Right against the bone. And it hurts. A lot. It's feeling a little better today, but it's still achy. I suspect that I may have broken a bone in there, but I'm going to suck it up and work through the pain until I know our COBRA insurance is in place.
